3. Products & Descriptions

Minor variations in colour, finish, size, packaging, or appearance shall not be considered a defect and shall not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once the order has been accepted and the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including after payment has been received. Where payment is refunded, such refund shall constitute full and final settlement.
5. Pricing, VAT & Payment
All prices displayed on this website are currently exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
VAT will be added at checkout once applicable and legally required. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable VAT, taxes, duties, or charges imposed by law.
We reserve the right to:
-
Introduce VAT-inclusive pricing at any time
-
Adjust prices to reflect changes in VAT status, VAT rates, or tax legislation
-
Correct pricing or VAT calculation errors prior to dispatch
Orders placed prior to VAT implementation will not be retrospectively adjusted.
Payment must be received in full, including any applicable VAT, before goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery & Transfer of Risk
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the delivery carrier:
-
Risk passes to the customer
-
We accept no responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit
7. Damaged Goods in Transit
If goods arrive damaged due to delivery:
-
You must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receipt
-
Failure to notify us within this timeframe automatically voids any claim
-
The customer is solely responsible for submitting and pursuing any claim with the delivery carrier
-
We accept no liability for damage caused during transit and are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement
Evidence, including photographs and packaging, may be required. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted strictly in accordance with this section.
Returned items must:
-
Be unused
-
Show no damage or signs of wear
-
Be returned in original packaging with all contents included
Any item returned in a damaged, used, incomplete, or altered condition will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of inspection and approval and issued to the original payment method only.

Where required by law, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, unless a statutory exemption applies.
This right does not apply where:
-
Goods are returned damaged
-
Goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them
-
Goods are not returned in original condition
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customer misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions
-
Accidental damage

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
-
We shall not be liable for loss of profits, business, data, or opportunity
-
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For UK customers, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For EU customers, mandatory local consumer protections apply, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of the consumer’s country of residence where required by law.
