1. General

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy in full.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected UK and EU destinations only. Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations due to logistical, regulatory, or carrier limitations.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of delay, failed delivery, or refusal by the customer.

4. Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date payment is received and cleared.

Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dispatch may be delayed due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Stock availability

  • Operational constraints

  • Carrier limitations

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We accept no liability for delays in dispatch.

5. Delivery Times

All delivery times provided by us or by carriers are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.

We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from delayed delivery.

6. Transfer of Risk

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery carrier:

  • Risk passes to the customer

  • We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, delay, or damage during transit

Carrier delivery confirmation shall constitute proof of delivery.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

7.1 Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged due to delivery:

  • You must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receipt

  • Failure to notify within this timeframe automatically voids any claim

  • You are solely responsible for submitting and pursuing a claim with the delivery carrier

  • We accept no liability for transit damage and are not obliged to issue a refund or replacement

Photographic evidence and original packaging may be required.

7.2 Lost or Missing Shipments

Where a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it shall be deemed delivered. Any claim for loss, theft, or non-receipt must be raised directly with the carrier.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

7.3 Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and complete.

We accept no liability for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or failure to collect from a carrier or collection point:

  • The order may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier

  • Any return or reshipment costs will be charged to the customer

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

For EU deliveries, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import charges.

We accept no responsibility for customs delays, refusals, or charges. Orders refused or abandoned due to unpaid charges may be returned or destroyed without refund.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier failure, strikes, extreme weather, regulatory action, or supply chain disruption.
