Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in unused condition.

  • The product must show no visible or physical damage, including scratches, dents, cracks, stains, or signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Damaged Products During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping or delivery:

  • You must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product.

  • The customer is required to file a damage claim directly with the delivery/shipping service.

  • Any compensation for delivery-related damage must be claimed from the delivery service, not from us.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during transit once the product has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

Failure to notify us within 1 day may result in the claim being denied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product was damaged after delivery.

  • The damage resulted from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • The returned product shows any signs of use or damage.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
