Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product must show no visible or physical damage, including scratches, dents, cracks, stains, or signs of wear.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Damaged Products During Delivery
If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping or delivery:

You must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product.

The customer is required to file a damage claim directly with the delivery/shipping service.

Any compensation for delivery-related damage must be claimed from the delivery service, not from us.

We are not responsible for damage caused during transit once the product has been handed over to the delivery carrier.
Failure to notify us within 1 day may result in the claim being denied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product was damaged after delivery.

The damage resulted from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

The returned product shows any signs of use or damage.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

5. Shipping Costs
